Shipping Policy

      *Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship the order. 

*Any substitutions/additions to the order or issues regarding shipping address or payment may cause a delay in shipment.

*If there is a significant amount of out of stock items, we may hold the package until we receive confirmation from customer, unless otherwise requested. 

Backorder and Pre-Orders

Backorder and pre-order items will be charged in advance to reserve the pack(s). Once they are ready to ship, we will make a request for payment on shipping via phone and email. 

If you wish to hold to add your backorder / pre-order item(s) to your next shipment, please let us know via email at info@latotalfashion.com or on the comment section before checking out.

If there are any changes or delays to your pre-order / backorder, you will be notified via phone and email. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) date is provided on the description.

 

Shipping Order:

La Total Fashion.com ships within the United States and Internationally.

Shipping Rates:

Currently, we are only shipping through UPS. Shipping rates will be estimated during checkout. After the total weight of your complete order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted. Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping charge may be more or less than your estimated quote.

Tracking Packages:

A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account with a tracking number.

 

Returns & Exchanges

To return an online purchase, please refer to the procedures below. Please note that the return policy described below is only applicable to online purchases made on www.LATOTALFASHION.com

Online Purchase Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return them for store credit.  All returns must be authorized by e-mail or phone call within 7 business days upon receiving the package. You can e-mail us at info@latotalfashion.com, or contact us at 213-444-8958. Return requests made after 7 business days will not be accepted.

o   The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

o   Please include a copy of your invoice in the return box.

o   Unauthorized returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

Once a return has been authorized, the package must be received at our facility within 7 business days from the authorized date. Any returns received after 7 business days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All refunds are STORE CREDIT ONLY. No exceptions.

Please note that shipping charges will be at the expense of the buyer.
